Until I get a chance to update the maps... The NW corner of 9 is shown as unknown territory. It is actually a single AM room. The space at 1,30,9 is a blink square. All the trap rooms share the same encounter area as this room. So enter the area via ethereal portal (not at 1,30!) and then the trapped chars track that char. He walks to 1,30 and will get blinked to 30,30 which is a random TP and you are OUT!

Thanks Jake for your note on escaping from level 9 traps. I was trapped in an anti-magic, water area at 4,16,9 and your solution above worked.
I would note that the TP at 30,30,9 individually took all my chars to 15,20,11. So in my case at least, it was not a random TP but an off-level TP that transported each of my chars down 2 levels to the same spot.
